It adopts the ground windrow fermentation method, which can greatly reduce the cost of infrastructure and human power. This machine looks like a vehicle, which has a cab and two control rods. Therefore, only needs one worker, it can finish organic waste compost in a short time. The composting machine can be operated not only in outdoor field but also in the greenhouse.Its main structure is made of very thick steel plate, which provides composting substrate mixer with a strong, stable body, as well as the advantages of corrosion resistance and flexible rotation.

Working Principle:

3. Compost turner works by bestriding above the strip compost piled in advance; rotating knives installed on a strong rotary drum under the tractor rack are the exact tools to blend, loosen or move piled compost.
4. After turning, a new strip compost pile is formed and wait to continue fermentation.
5. There is compost thermometer to measure compost temperature so as to a second time turning.
