BB fertilizer mixer

Organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer
This machine can be divided into three parts:
1. Frame part: All the working bodies of the machine are fixed on the frame. The machine's frame is welded by high carbon steel plate and channel steel, and it has reached the device's purpose through strict product certification and specific process requirements.
Transmission connection part: The motor drives the pulley, the triangle belt, and the reducer, and the gear installed on the reducer is bitten by the body's equipment, thus causing the cylinder to work.
2. Barrel work part: The cylinder part of the machine is made of a unique carbon steel plate. The inner wall of the cylinder has a special screw-stirring blade. At the same time, the material is entered from the cylinder's inlet, and the material is stirred evenly through the turn and turn of the unique spiral agitation leaves, which avoids the diversion of the mixture in the process of the material's specific gravity and particle size.
3. The feeding part of the crawling bucket: The feeder part of the machine adopts a unique process design. The guide rail of the climbing bucket is made of high-quality channel steel. It is designed in a reasonable angle to smooth the whole operation and overcome the difficulty and ease of running off in the hoist bucket caused by the height limit.
1. The joint surfaces are tightly sealed and run smoothly.
2. Adopts reducer transmission, which is stable and has low noise.
3. It has a reasonable structure. Its feeding is from the top, and the discharging is from the bottom.
4. The mixing efficiency is high, and the area is small. The spiral blade adopts high–wear special alloy.
